I made a change to a Members account and they were still billed

You made a change to a members account and they were still billed. What happened?

We see this happen when a Space Owner/Manager forgets to click the Save button before navigating to another tab or making a note. When changing a Membership or Renewal Date, it is important that you click the Save button before you take additional action. You can confirm that the change was made since your action will appear in the Notes section at the right of the screen.

Another thing to be mindful of is the Renewal Date. Monthly billing runs on the Renewal Date. If you're charging a member during the billing cycle, you'll probably want to update their Renewal Date to next month. Additional information may be found here.
