Door Controller Buy-Back Program

If you've purchased a Proximity Open door controller and are no longer in need of the door controller or are no longer using Proximity's software, we have a program to buy back the used door controller.

Buy-Back Program

• Contact Support to initiate the buy-back by either the live-chat or by emailing hello@beinproximity.com
• Proximity will provide the shipping labels, at our cost, for the door controllers.
• Be sure to pack the controller securely, we will not reimburse for broken controllers.
• After receiving the controller, we will test it to make sure it's in good working order. Proximity will reimburse you $100 for every door controller that meets our operational standards. 
• Proximity will provide the reimbursement through Stripe. If Stripe is no longer attached to the account, the reimbursement can be provided via Paypal, wire transfer, or check.
