History for "Gift Cards Report"

(contentsYou can use this report to see an overview of the details related to gift cards that have been purchased at your space.

Navigate to Reports > GiftCards. This report will only appear after a gift card has been purchased at your space!

Each individual gift card will have it's own line containing information on the sender and recipient, the amount of the gift card, the gift card number, the purchase and delivery date, and the status of the card.

If the status is Sent that means the card has been sent to the member, but not yet redeemed. If the gift card has been redeemed the status will be added)Redeemed, with information on who it was redeemed by.

You can cancel gift cards on this report by hovering over the three dots under Actions, and selecting "Cancel Gift Card". Keep in mind, you can only cancel a gift card that has not yet been redeemed!
