Proximity's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Proximity requires acceptance of the following Terms of Service before use of our software.
Members have to accept the Member ToS and Privacy Policy
Space owners have to approve the Member ToS, Space Owner ToS, and the Privacy Policy.
When there are changes made to the terms of service, members and managers will be prompted to accept the terms before they may continue in the software.
