You can create custom door access for Members with different Membership Types. Keys will only appear (locked or unlocked) if the membership type has been given key access and it is during the time on the schedule when they have access.
- Under the Membership Access tab, you will be able to give key access by selecting Edit next to your Membership Types.
- If a Membership Type does not receive key access to the building outside of regular business hours, you can leave it blank under their Membership Type schedule. This is commonly left blank for Membership Types such as Community Member and Daily Drop-in.
- If you would like to give a member 24/7 access to the building, select the Edit button next to the Membership Type. Once you are there, hit the button that reads Set 24/7 Access.
- If a member only gets access during certain hours (example: until midnight or a weekend membership) you can set the schedule by selecting the Edit button alongside their Membership Types. Once you are there, set the schedule for the days and times you would like them to have access by hitting the pink plus sign and then moving sliding the cursor on the dark grey box to set the hours.
- You will be able to edit the membership parameters to each door in your space. Members will only be able to see the keys to which they have access to. If members do not have key access to the building, no keys will be visible.
See the Door Schedules page for more information about setting doors schedules.
