Proximity's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Members have to accept the Member ToS and Privacy Policy Space owners have to approve the Member ToS, Space Owner ToS, and the Privacy Policy. If they don't have a Proximity membership at the space when they register on the space's site, they will be added at the Community Member level by default. How Payment Processing Works
Proximity uses Stripe to process the payments billed through our system. All money is paid directly to Proximity and then transferred, minus any app fees, to the coworking space. Refunds happen in the opposite order: We reverse the transfer from the space and refund the money back to the member's account. How to Remove a Company
Companies will be removed from the space's list once the last person associated with that company updates their profile to reflect that they are no longer employed by the company. This action will ensure the company will no longer show for that space when the last person is removed.
