All the steps in this checklist can be completed in your admin dashboard. To access the admin dashboard click on the three-line "hamburger icon"  in the top left corner of your Proximity portal homepage once you are logged in. 

We recommend you complete the following steps in sequences when you are first getting started:

  1. Send Floor Plans to Your Product Specialist  See Recommended Guidelines
  2. Add a New Admin to Your Space
  3. Create and Manage User Groups
  4. Add and Manage Workspaces
  5. Add and Manage Users
